Other items may be exchanged or returned within 14 days of purchase, as long as items are in original condition & packaging and are accompanied by the original or gift receipt. Refunds will be issued back to the original payment form, on the original card.

Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, and return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer. We recommend return shipping to be insured and to have a tracking number.

Customers outside of Canada who wish to return merchandise MUST mark on the package that the items are a merchandise return on the customs form, so we are not charged duty. We will not accept a returned package if duty is charged.
