Refund policy
Final Sale Items:
Gift cards, custom products, earrings, books, puzzles, calendars, ornaments, multifunctional headwear, sale items, and discontinued products are final sale and cannot be returned. If you have questions about a specific item, please reach out.
Returns & Exchanges:
Other items can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of receiving your order, provided they are in their original condition and packaging, and accompanied by the original or gift receipt. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
For credit card purchases, refunds will be credited to the original card used.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping is at the customer’s expense. We recommend using insured return shipping with tracking, as we are not responsible for lost items.
Damaged or Incorrect Items:
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.
