Mothers Love

Indigenous teachings honour all life as sacred and interconnected. Women are revered for their beauty and strength as the givers of life, linking us to both Mother Earth and Father Sky. Through childbirth, they play a vital role in the circle of life.

Mi'kmaq history and culture are deeply rooted in the natural world, with spirituality closely tied to the environment. Located in Eastern Canada, primarily in Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, Prince Edward Island, and parts of Quebec, the Mi'kmaq people emphasize the importance of living a good, balanced life. They believe this entails respecting and protecting the earth and maintaining harmony with all living beings. This connection to nature is reflected in their traditions, teachings, and daily practices.
