Made by Lisa Moses in the Nlaka’pamux Territory and predominantly crafted with Canadian-sourced and untreated woods, such as Walnut and Cherry hardwoods. Each board is sealed with food-grade mineral oil and beeswax.

Charcuterie Board Maintenance and Care

1. Gently hand clean the charcuterie board with a soft sponge and warm, soapy water after each use. Do not soak or dish-wash.
2. Rinse the soap thoroughly and wipe down with a dry cloth or towel, then leave to air dry completely.
3. Apply food-grade mineral oil or beeswax about once a month to keep the wood hydrated and prevent cracking. To recondition, oil the board generously, leave to dry for 24 hours then wipe off the excess oil.
4. Do not cut directly on the charcuterie board or epoxy inlay; charcuterie boards are only for serving and displaying pre-cut food.
